Why aren't my water lilies blooming?

Water lilies require at least 4-6 hours of sunlight.
If your lily is not getting the needed sunlight, it probably won't bloom. A Colorado Water Lily will do best with the 4 hours of sunlight and give you the best shot of flowers in a shady pond.
If your lily is getting the needed sunlight, fertilize that baby!
Fertilizing your water lily once a month or with a once a year time release fertilizer will turn that water lily around.
